Charlotte is an artist manager, working with both independent and signed artists for over 10 years. In 2019 she was the recipient of the MMF x YouTube Accelerator Fund and her work has led to her collaborate with artists from Turkey and Egypt to Indonesia. She has developed projects with the British Council on several occasions and recently headed up BI, Data and Channel Optimisation at the Sony acquired AWAL. 

Charlotte is a co-founder of elleven, a tech platform that gives artists the tools to build and understand their fan community and has a deep interest in making new technology accessible to all musicians, globally.
